ART INVESTS ESPRIT SAGAN
For Esprit Sagan, Richard Texier chose two original bronze sculptures. The first is installed in the entrance garden courtyard. For the artist, the choice of the already existent Unicorna Céleste (Celestial Unicorn), weighing almost 400 kilos, was obvious. Not only does it echo the Centaure by César that guards the beginning of rue du Cherche-Midi, it also brings to mind “Le Cheval évanoui” by Françoise Sagan.
“The Tree of Life,” the second sculpture, stands on a white marble pedestal in the lobby. It was especially created for Esprit Sagan.
